Sacred Rage: A Women's Art Therapy Workshop

What do you do with anger you were never allowed to feel?

So many women have been taught to soften it, suppress it, or hide it altogether.
To stay calm. To stay kind. To stay “in control.”

But anger isn’t wrong.
It’s not something to fear or fix.
It’s information. It’s energy. It’s truth.


Sacred Rage is a guided art therapy experience where women are invited to safely explore, express, and understand their anger—without judgment, without pressure, and without needing to “have it all together.”


What To Expect

This is not about being “good” at art.
This is about giving your inner world a voice.

In this intimate, trauma-informed workshop, you will be supported to:


  • Explore your relationship with anger in a safe, contained space 
  • Express emotions through intuitive, process-based art-making 
  • Release what’s been held in the body 
  • Gain insight into what your anger is trying to communicate 
  • Connect with other women in a grounded, respectful environment 


All materials are provided. 

No art experience is needed.

  • You struggle to express anger or feel uncomfortable with it 
  • You’ve been told you’re “too much” or “not enough” 
  • You want a deeper, more honest connection with yourself 
  • You’re ready to explore your emotions in a creative, supported way

A Note on Safety

This is a trauma-informed, professionally facilitated space.


  • Sharing is always optional 
  • You are encouraged to move at your own pace 
  • Emotional safety and nervous system regulation are prioritized throughout

About The Facilitator

Facilitated by a trauma-informed Registered Clinical Counsellor and Art Therapist, this workshop is grounded in creating safe, relational, and meaningful experiences that support emotional expression and healing.
