But anger isn’t wrong.

It’s information. It’s energy. It’s truth.
Sacred Rage is a guided art therapy experience where women are invited to safely explore, express, and understand their anger—without judgment, without pressure, and without needing to “have it all together.”
This is not about being “good” at art.
This is about giving your inner world a voice.

Facilitated by a trauma-informed Registered Clinical Counsellor and Art Therapist, this workshop is grounded in creating safe, relational, and meaningful experiences that support emotional expression and healing.
This is a small, intimate group to ensure each participant feels supported.
